• Personalized or custom-made sculptures.
• Sale or clearance items.
• Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse after delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for shipping the product back.
3. Send the product to the address provided, making sure it is properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.

4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or refused:

• Approved refunds: If your return is approved, we will process the refund through your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
• Shipping fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
